Jeff Kletter: President & Co-founder
Mr. Kletter co-founded the company with his wife, Josie, in 1993, and has overseen its growth, formulated the marketing, philosophy, promotion, brand equity development and the company's financing activities.
Mr. Kletter now focuses on brand equity, business and product development for the company. Mr. Kletter has an extensive background in marketing, sales and general management. From 1989 to 1992, Mr.Kletter was the managing director of the Nihco International Group, Western Canada Division. Nihco is an importer and distributor of wine, beer and spirits and Mr. Kletter's responsibilities included foreign product acquisition, operations, sales and marketing.
From 1984 to 1989, he was sales manager for Alko Products in Western Canada, marketing FINLANDIA and Koskenkorva vodka. During this period, Mr. Kletter also owned Nexus Imports Inc., a sporting goods import and sales company that introduced Ski Optic Sunglasses, Croakies and Racor Ski Racks to the Canadian sporting goods market.
Mr. Kletter is an active individual, whose favorite sporting activities include skiing, golf, squash and general fitness.

Josie Kletter: Vice President & Co-founder
Ms. Kletter co-founded the company and has led the development of product specifications, product compliance with regulatory requirements, implementation of financial systems, control mechanisms and sales and marketing.
It is Ms. Kletter's personal vision and style that has become the embodiment of the active, outgoing image and philosophy of the company. Ms.Kletter also focuses on brand equity, product distribution, sales and marketing. Prior to KINeSYS Ms. Kletter operated her own personal fitness training company in conjunction with teaching physical education at a private school in British Columbia.
Ms.Kletter also developed valuable sales and marketing experience as a promotional coordinator for the cosmetic multinational, Estee Lauder. With a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of British Columbia, Ms. Kletter still actively participates in skiing, running and general fitness.
Andrea Lupinek: General Manager
Prior to becoming General Manager, Ms Lupinek served as the Office Manager of KINeSYS for the over three years and was responsible for day-to-day administration, daily accounting and receivable collections, shipping logistics, inventory controls, and customer service.
As GM, Ms. Lupinek continues to oversee these activities and as well has now taken a more strategic role in managing the overall operations of the Company, particularly in the area of Accounting and cost containment. Prior to joining KINeSYS Ms. Lupinek spent several years with shipping giant United Parcel Services within the areas of customer service and office management.
Ms. Lupinek continues to upgrade her business skills and maintains a keen interest in downhill skiing, golf, tennis and many outdoor activities. |
